Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer a return policy for interior goods?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Boldenn, we prioritize sustainability. Our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber, and we use recycled or organic materials for our textile collections whenever possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal. You can also track your status directly through your Boldenn account dashboard.
